Navigation area

The navigation area is the part of the map where your robots can drive. Every station must be inside it, and every zone must be inside it or overlap it. Each map has exactly one navigation area.

To see it, click the eye icon (Elements) in the top toolbar of the Map editor and check Navigation area.

Replace the navigation area

You only need to draw a new navigation area if the current one doesn’t match the part of your site where robots can drive, for example after you extend the map.

1. Click Add zones on map in the side toolbar and choose the Line tool or the Rectangle tool.
2. Select Navigation area as the Type and click Create zone.
3. Draw the area on the map. With the line tool, you can follow the outline of your site closely.

Creating a new navigation area replaces the existing one. Make sure the new area covers all your stations, paths and zones.
